Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your address.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Cook Bloom will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain a list of such users and may remove content at our discretion in accordance with the DMCA.
